It's a choice (a bad one) to tell readers this driver "passed too close to cyclists" when there's video evidence showing he drove his car into them, made contact and hurt someone. Fellow journalists: we can explore the nuances of punishment for drivers without obfuscating their dangerous behavior.

You're correct, this line is fucked up in the album cut of "Intergalactic" Should be "... pinch on the neck from..." but he says "pinch from the neck on" No idea why they left it in but you're not crazy.
