There's an author who goes by Meathead. Well worth getting his cookbooks. I love throwing potatoes on the smoker with some chicken.

Always cook to TEMP and not to time. A good meat thermometer is priceless.

I have plenty. Yes. You can do veggies. I love the Penzeys options without salt. 1 favorite and very easy recipe does involve salt. Do you eat chicken? If so, the easiest thing is an amish chicken. Rub tons of kosher salt in and out. Truss. Cook to temp. TBC.
