Salma Hage's #Levantine cookbook where aubergines turn into Aubergine & Yogurt Mezze with toppings of parsley, sumac & walnuts; and plain flour gets transformed into Spring Onion Roti with parsley and Z'atar. Monday night dinners don't have to be boring (OK, so it took ages, but 😘)

Had a haircut from a barber with tattoos of crossed scissors behind his ear and assorted barber gear on his knuckles, so glad to learn it's not only academics who over-identify with their job
