Holy shit, BioWare is gone. Logically I know practically everything about how this industry operates has changed since the studio’s heyday, but like, I’m still having a hard time wrapping my head around it. This really sucks and really, really hurts.

My favorite BioWare memory isn't a game, it's interviewing the Doctors at GDC 2008. Rather than talk up their own work, they wanted to gush about Eternal Sonata—how someone turned their Chopin obsession into an RPG. Their excitement over using games for personal expression seems extra poignant today

My character is in Poly Fighter now! It feels weird to hear my normal voice instead of doing A Voice, but it's what I love about Hamza. He's a normal dude that loves his arcade, his community, and pretending to be a samurai. In fact, he's so normal that he's just me.
