I think it needs to be said that transmedicalism is mostly a cis thing Its rare for a trans person to be transmedicalist Transmedicalism is a belief that transition care should be strictly gatekept via diagnosis If transsexual ppl needing HRT make you feel 'less valid' that's a skill issue I fear
