A 1995 ad for Entomorph: Plague of the Darkfall, an action RPG for PCs by Cyberlore Studios Cyberlore flexed their action RPG chops from their work on 1994's Al-Qadim: The Genie's Curse (an adaptation of TSR's Al-Qadim TTRPG) with a bug-filled quest set in SSI's mechamagic World of Aden setting.

In 2022, I shelved my thesis VR game, Penrose Station, when I joined Twisted Pixel to work on Marvel's Deadpool VR (too much of a conflict of interest.) Fast forward to 2026: Meta shut our studio down. 😔 And with the conflict gone, I finally had a reason to pick it back up….
