Like I want AES to win! I think all of the focus on Piker is stupid. And yet he keeps giving ammunition to the GOP against AES! Is he too stupid to recognize he’s a lightning rod that is hurting AES, a candidate he has campaigned for and professed to support? Or does he just not care?

A lot of the left really is going farther right, and tbh it's for the same reason a lot of the left likes Hasan Piker and why some of them backed Platner: they have no moral or philosophical core on which to base a political project. All of it is further evidence of how hollowed out they still are.
