It makes me furious, since I couldn't get my own cohousing unit built in Toronto
Show PostWhen owner occupiers move into the multiplexes I've worked on, they've raved and said every home should be like this. That was after they went thru years of planning applications under the previous system. But costs have risen so much that people can't meet the mortgage qualifications for quads
Show PostLOL. I love Quebec. They do petty best in Canada. Canada, as a whole, top-tier petty. Marco Rubio's world's-shortest-red-carpet INTO A PUDDLE? Canada! BUT-- this Quebec restaurant's wine menu has an entire page dedicated to American wines, and it's blank. LOL. www.reddit.com/r/Quebec/com...
Show PostI have clients lots and lots of clients who spent years and years trying to build quadplexes, and cohousing in Toronto. They have the odd success, but what they really want to build as a right is 8, 10 and 12 plexes. Those are the unit counts they can make affordable for owner occupiers
