If you find yourself giving press to all this Decompslop™ in capacity as part of a "games news organization": You are a complete fucking hack who should give up any pretense of being associated with actual journalism, and should just pivot directly to producing content farm garbage where you belong.

For real, though: If you find yourself getting excited for vibe-coded "ports" / ""remasters"" of games that you've already had the easiest-ever free access to (via emulation) for the past 20~30 years; you are a basic-ass bitch of the lowest, dumbest pedigree lol

I - for one - think it's cool, actually, that every other release in the video game hacking space now are AI-written conversions of games [that people have already played 100x] to consoles they didn't originally release for. Isn't it WILD that someone asked Claude to put Animal Crossing on PSP???

I know at this point it's the boring opinion to have but I just can never shake loving Symphony the most of the Castlevanias. It's so mechanically playful and filled with fluff, "useless" seeming weapons with niche uses, the feeling that the game is full of things you'll never see or understand

Trying to settle a bet. My DM said I can't go "Gentle Repose > Mend > Revify" because "Your character wouldn't know that would work", & then they accused me of meta gaming. If I reattach an arm that way does it heal normal or lay limp like a magical object with no magic properties?
