I have enjoyed being in Ōtautahi Christchurch & the kindness of the people. At the bus station there was a person who was intellectually differently abled. They were friendly but difficult to understand. They told me that people had bought them coffee and a sandwich, and that they were grateful.

Halve van Haarlem ✅ Together with my daughter, we did 21.1K in Haarlem (she was 14 minutes faster)... an emotional milestone for me: I did 6 half marathons in 2020 (unrecorded during lock down), but a rejection from a position stole the vibe & I gradually gave up running; drive is slowly back again
