There is. There are, in fact, laws against it. The fact that there are laws against it is the problem. And yes. The city *could* fight. What exactly happens if they lose that fight?

Honey. Honey I’ve lost this exact kind of care for the exact reasons in question. I accept this justification because it is the truth and they have made no indication that the lack of trans care for minors at this public clinic is because depriving minors of care is their end goal.
