And when you visit the Twin Cities (please do!) check out these places impacted by the ICE surge early this year: 1) Karmel Mall, 200 W Lake St, is a maze of Somali shops. 2) 24 Somali Mall at 913 E 24th reminds of a Middle Eastern souk. 3) Midtown Global Market at 920 E Lake is a multicultural hub.
