Another cynical move by @WBD meant to preserve their ability to get Trump’s approval for any merger while he’s President. Many big company CEOs bowing to Trump fear retribution. They fear he’ll strip away big federal contacts or use the DOJ to block mergers or sales by their corporations. 1/
