🚨 BREAKING We finally heard back from the Court of Appeal in our challenge to the EHRC's interim guidance. We've got an oral hearing to decide if we'll be given permission to appeal – hopefully by the end of this year.

I still disagree, but for what it's worth, I feel like if we sat down and had a conversation we'd probably reach some common ground and even if we didn't, it'd still be interesting.
