Show PostWe then applied the theory to human demography and deduced a provisional estimate of stabilizing selection in humans accounting for LD. The key machinery is Roshni Patel's conditional frequency spectra. With SDEs, this becomes a PDE scheme.
Show PostNow I turn to an old topic I was ranting in social apps for years. What genomic studies refer to as *narrow-sense* heritability is actually *narrow-narrow-sense* heritability that ignores LD. This is larger than narrow sense h2 under stabilizing selection.
