Can we get some small home building funding in the works? The fact that it costs 4 times moee tk buy than rent in Seattle is fucking insane. We must continue the apartment, and multi-unit buildouts, and we need to add small home construction to lower stsrter home prices.

#booksky #books 6489 Lost Horizon / James Hilton (Pan 1973) tie-in edition for the execrable movie musical of a respectable gullish adventure. Seemed to me at the time that is was a poor remake of "The Champions" & the end of Peter Finch's roistering career. Thankfully, "Network" was still to come.

Serious question @mattdoyle.bsky.social - after his performance this cycle, why do you keep Pulisic as your number one at LAM?

#birdoftheday #Lifers I saw a Slate Colored Tanager ("rare and enigmatic" apparently) on 6/24/2026. At this point after 13 years taking photos in Colombia, I may see a species new to me 3-4 times a year. They are often tanagers.
