I can’t help but notice that, once I regained access to my booking account and had to go back to pulling nightly four-hour shifts reading and answering emails, navigating last-minute crises, et cetera… …my physical and mental health began to falter again, even *before* my sons gave me their cold

When the COVID-19 pandemic began and the live music industry completely shut down, there was obviously no booking work for me to do I reallocated my time to being with my children and recording my own music, and that’s how my last album was made Even amidst the chaos, I was HAPPIER
