The last of the recent run is Jenny Hval's Paradise Rot. I love her music and this debut novel feels like a natural extension of it. Funny, gross, metaphysical. Avant-garde ideas relayed with pop accessibility. It kind of reads like a mouldy, mycological Backrooms. Very good!

Finished my first run of Citizen Sleeper 2. Just...incredible iteration on what was already a fantastic first game. Everything feels bigger; the risk, the characters, the hurt, and the hope are all beyond what I anticipated. Wonderful game! @jumpovertheage.com is now 2/2 on games that make me cry 👍
