Looks like this is a misquote (per Rep. Jones). These hubs are examples of branching into the suburbs but hubs would still be in the Twin Cities, reflecting population density. I was happy to have this clarified-maybe you are as well!

Uh, well, he gets paid to look like that and the resources he needs to maintain that look (trainers, dieticians, doctors, etc) are paid for by studios. And I...well...don't have anything even close to that. Next stupid f**king question.
