Yeah I don't actually think Burnham realises that if he turned around said "this is completely fucked" and immediately put forward legislation to bring us back into line with human rights standards – LGBT+ people would be organising street parties.

Really good work from PATHA - pointing out neither of the Crown's experts are qualified in either related field, one is a member of a group recognised as an anti-LGBTQI+ hate group by the SPLC and the other is retired. Justice La Hood made sure it was featured in the decision.

Fantastic news from Aotearoa New Zealand - trans healthcare professionals have won their court case against the government, overturning the country's ban on puberty blockers. Huge respect and congratulations to everyone involved in this fight.

Also in the judgement Justice La Hood says he doesn't give any weight to Dr Clayton's evidence as her "likely" side effects list are not part of the Ministry's own evidence brief or even the awful Cass report. In short, she brought some anti trans SEGM propaganda to court and the Judge said No.

I needed to keep quiet about this but this is what I was working on earlier this year. My publication “Harming Children: The Effects of the UK puberty-blocker ban” was evidence used for this! I had to submit a lengthy affidavit via NZ local trans group PATHA. Let’s hope we can overturn more now.
