Placing a novel ad in a viable genre magazine can be expensive and may take months to arrange. Visit the top magazines in your genre and buy a copy, look through it for ad placement. Note that a big magazine may have over 60k paying subscribers. #writingcommunity #booksky #marketing #advertising

Capture information such as advance time to submit an ad, costs etc. Start creating the shape of your plan, its costs and when/where you will be marketing.
