Also highkey circus arts are one of few sports that were actually designed for hypermobile adult bodies! So many performers in the scene have EDS that the motions and strength training is essentially centered around it
Show PostI've also got EDS and genuinely getting into aerial silks and lyra has improved my symptoms like nothing else! It's the exact right type of careful strength building and stretching for a lot of hypermobile bodies :0 acupuncture has been the most effective pain treatment method for me too
