Under the ruling, the birthright citizenship order remains blocked nationwide for at least 30 days. We will use every tool at our disposal to prevent any child from being denied citizenship under this unconstitutional policy.

One place where this birthright citizenship decision becomes IMMEDIATELY relevant, I think, is in the CATO-backed challenge to Trump's tariffs. There's just one court there, it's nationwide. So what happens if/when FEderal Circuit upholds that decision?
