I've been in a real funk with my hobby over the last 18 months or so. Work has been all encompassing. I can't settle on a project, starting stuff and not finishing. I'm not really playing much. So I thought I'd go back to where it all began. 6mm WW2. I must admit I'm excited.

I’m working on a talk about shield walls in gaming. Which rules do/don’t have a specific shield wall rule? And how do you feel that they represented early medieval warfare? I’d be fascinated to hear your thoughts. Cheers! (Art by G. Rava) #miniatures #wargaming #spreadthelard #nerdlings

1/4 Continued my solo game of Snorkers this evening after clearing up the WW1 6mm game. Love these rules, never give a boring game. Tonight the Allies gave the IJN something to think about, but some cost. #snorkersgoodoh #shedowar #wargames #wargaming

Great day at the Partizan show today with @jaje7406.bsky.social & Charley Walker presenting an old but rather good game from Too Fat Lardies “Charley Don’t Surf”, their company level Vietnam ruleset. Golf 2/5 fought their way through to the MACV compound during the early stages of the Tet offensive

Man, do I miss living in the UK. There's plenty I don't miss about it, but on the whole? Yeah.
