i instinctively consider them images over videos cause there's no sound. however, videos dont need sound to be considered videos definitionally, so gifs are videos.

that's horrible, i'm so sorry that happened to you. :( people really can be the worst sometimes. i always want to say, does it really make you feel better, making me feel so worthless? the worst part tho is that these things stick with us the rest of our lives but they prob don't even remember it.

same! i have no formal diagnosis but i am also very clearly some kind of neurodivergent. i think our "sensitivity" is really a strength tho. not everyone in this world is as kindhearted, empathetic, and in tune with their emotions. ^^
