I’ve heard of people with long covid being treated with nicotine patches, temporarily, with great success.

Haha this actually seems like maybe a reasonable thing to try. Evidence is shaky, but there's growing data that suggests some cases of long covid induced dysautonomia can be treated with short term application of nicotine patches. Doesn't seem to work for everyone, but it seems low risk to try

Taking a pause on the nicotine treatments for long covid halfway through day 4 because they're making me too jazzed up and fighty, but I AM FEELING BETTER! Going to pause for a few days to settle down and keep myself from developing an addiction, but I have been having considerably less symptoms.
