I’m sorry it just doesn’t. Abortion rights are extremely important to me and I cannot remember a local race that I have voted in where they have come up. I HAVE seen a lot of shitty corporate centerists tout a PP endorsement as progressive credentials while they vote to criminalize homelessness.

I don’t even give her credit for that. Find me two Seattle Dems who meaningfully disagree on abortion, guns, or climate. These are important issues but the endorsements tend to be meaningless in our context- the kind of things pushed by shitty centrist consultants as a distraction.

reproductive rights are so centrist that even Chuck Schumer would affirm them. also basically zero of the elections in blue King County have anything to do with abortion. the few that do have zero chance of the only option supporting abortion (MAGA) winning. so yeah they're not "lefty enough"
