On a personal note, if you, an adult, vote to impose mandatory genital checks on anyone let alone CHILDREN, you are a waste of the oxygen it takes to keep you alive and I wish for you to have the ending you deserve 🥰

I-638 would require genital inspections before children can play a sport, which is bad enough BEFORE you get to the part where it’s *only for girls sports*. So they are trying to mandate genital inspections for girls, and of course the parents would be paying for it. NOPE

I-001 is being billed as a “parents rights” initiative. It would in fact require school workers to disclose things said to them in confidence - like sexual orientation - to parents. It’s invasive, anti-child rights, and has the potential to further any abuse children are getting at home

Hey WA State! Ballots are about to arrive if they haven’t already so: please vote NO on both I-001 and 1-638. The wording is deliberately deceptive to try to make you think that voting yes protects kids; neither of these bills do that and in fact go out of their way to hurt them
