I have big empathy for your daughter; grateful that you understand what is happening. I am all grown up at age of 66 and, I still don't know when I'm hungry or when I need 2pee until it is "almost" too late! My anxiety made sure that I never had accidents; with compassion I'm calm butstill, now.🫂
