2/2 I'm sorry you've had that experience. Whenever I cosplay in public, it has helped me to wear my sunflower disability necklace to save me the trouble of explaining to some random person why I am in a wheelchair dressed as pomni lol. "Whyd you put pomni in a wheelchair?" *shows lanyard*

From one wheelie cool cosplayer and EDS'ser to another, I hear you. Sometimes I feel like people don't understand that they are speaking outloud and that this is indeed real life. I once had a teenager at a con make a remark about my cosplay saying "wow didnt think I'd see that character disabled"
