toB or toC で優先事項が異なる部分はあっても、デザインプロセスやツール、深いユーザー理解とそれに基づいた一貫性のあるデザインが必要であることは変わらない、というお話。toBの領域に飛び込むデザイナーの方が増えると嬉しいな。
