Bugs often get caught in frontal boundaries, outflow boundaries, etc... But it doesn't usually look like this and I can't find any boundaries that would be doing that. Winds from SE and there's very little of it. So... I'm stuck on birds. If so, they're not in a hurry to get anywhere it seems.

I'm assume these near stationary echos are birds. They're birds or bugs, radar showing them very low to the ground. We do have wind farms, but not in these specific locations. If birds, they don't really seem to be going places. In any event, an usual radar event for the central plains this morning.
