Every team in the league is so organised and hard to break down. Big teams will always have more possession - opponents are often happy to play for a point, slow it down, take no risks playing out, and hope for a chance to win it on the break. Games like this are usually tight, they're hard to win.

It wasn't fun and I don't love the approach and I think we should be playing much better buuuuut clean sheets are nice. Beating a promoted team 3-2 is much more exciting and there's more to like but there's plenty of dissatisfaction to find in that as well, if you're that way inclined.

FT: 1-0 to the Arsenal - got a nice ring to it. That was a really sluggish, uninspired performance but we somehow found a way to steal three points. Forest did what Forest do and we always seem to struggle there, but we didn't do enough with the ball. Great result. Delighted for Noni. Konsa huge.

This is a team that knows how to win. We played poorly today really, but still found a way. It's effective, but not pretty. Got away with a couple at the end, the Murillo chance was huge, and Konsa's brilliant defending denied Delap. Madueke made a difference at HT - worked hard for his goal 👍
