I have seen many people push back on genAI arts but accept genAI code, because they don't see it as an art form, nor a form of creativity. It's not something the end user can see either. It's disheartening that coding doesn't have the same reverence.

I mean, like I said, I could go on forever, but I think quality should be higher for software that has higher risks attached to it, someone having a bug in their personal script to sort their porn by tags is obviously different from a bug in the software of an MRI machine
