We'd want the base cooldown of this console to be significantly lower so that it can slap every rotation consistently. 1m might be enough, 30s might be called for, I need to get in the tank on that. But if you want this to be DPRM tier, this needs serious buffs.

It is not uncommon that folks need to add an exclusion to their antivirus software to ignore the combatlog.log file. Otherwise in some situations it likes to scan every change and that has caused issues for some. But we'll try and get some testing done over the weekend
