I HAVE got this on-stream commission thing down to a science now I think. FINALLY. I've got a timer that only increments while I'm drawing (it pauses when I alt-tab), I now have explicit rules for what paying me gets you so that way the quality isn't wiggling around. It feels right. It feels good.
