Because they’re pissed about return on investment. I’m hoping this year isn’t an anomaly. It’d be nice to see small market teams that play thier asses off have success. Rays since Sternberg show money on the field doesn’t guarantee success. That doesn’t mean the playing field shouldn’t be leveler.
