I've been completely abandoned by the ME service at UCH in London, the physio I saw at KCH was appalling, with no idea about ME and suggesting group exercises. I've had a MAJOR breakthrough this year with very low dose Wegovy for brain fog but as my BMI is <25, my GP won't prescribe it so I pay.
