Re-reading this 2020 book by @swordsjew.bsky.social and finding it just as timely as it was the day it came out. Which is depressing tbh, but if we don't understand what we're up against, we can't fight it. And that's why this book is essential. (it's also wonderfully written)

I sat with a few students to do the exercise that the team leading class today had organized. One student was shocked: a professor had never acted like a regular learner in a class, before. I really want more of this! We are all learners, and everyone knows something. #CommunityOfLearners
