The thing about single-line drawings in SVG is onscreen previews don t capture whats happening. And conventional raster printers miss the nuance.
Show PostI call it the Tyranny of Rasterization - digital visualization of vectors is presumed to be filtered through rasterization. But plotter/3d printing invoke them as tool paths.
Show PostConsequently, sometimes, you have to just imagine what the plotted output will be, but you won't know until it is actually plotted. Particularly with complex single-line plots. And a raster printer will miss it.
