Heard we should eat 30 different plants a week, so I audited my Saturday: 24–25 plant foods in one day, including a fungal guest appearance by a chanterelle. Coffee counts. Tequila doesn’t. Even a plant biologist has to draw the line somewhere. 🌱🍄
