You have just triggered a traumatic memory of being served parsnip and honey soup for Christmas dinner when I was 9 or 10 weeks pregnant and sick as a dog. My inability to eat the soup or any of the rest of my Christmas dinner pretty much outed me.

I found I can build a gd, microwave it for 10-20mins depending on size, and finish under the grill for that it-only-takes-half-an-hour belt-busting enhancement to the season.
