Taste comparison. he right is Micil's initial Heritage Pot Still bottling (spanish oak and sherry casks). The left is the same mash bill age in a Chestnut cask for the Irish Whiskey Society of America. I prefer the IWSA bottling. There may be more available, join us - irishwhiskeyusa.com

Kicking off my lazy Sunday with a bit of Santa Teresa rum. This beaut was finished in Teeling Irish whiskey casks. The whiskey has definitely influenced this rum. I swear, if I didn't know it was rum, I'd think it was whiskey. #SundaySip #rum #Teeling
