I never completely stopped dancing, but it really got a re-boost when my kids started learning. And then COVID happened, and now it's so easy to take class online from home, or even many hours later via a recording. Also, the toe shoes for 'mature dancers' have improved a lot. 👵🤣

Show PostAre you still en pointe nowadays? If it helps- the muscle memory will always be there. For various reasons I can't dance for several months at a time sometimes. But it does come back- just 10 mins first then 30, then... (The #$%^ frozen shoulder keeps coming back too tho 😖)
