It’s also been confirmed once again that I just can’t absorb non-heme iron, and so I’m super prone to anemia. Especially since I have tiny red blood cells. Wish red meat wasn’t so expensive!

So good news! My weakened heart muscle I’ve had since COVID has finally recovered! I still have a long way to go but I can at least sing without getting winded again!
