I just found a grandfather who created a YT channel for his grandson, and he read my book to him. And at the end, he concluded by saying, "And you can read this too when you're older!" Onions. So many onions.

Show PostSomething I really love? Seeing him taking care with the Mandarin words I included in the book. 😭 I was going to keep everything in English at first, since I was worried about pronunciation. But my editors cheerfully insisted I had to be true to myself + people would surprise me. They were right.
