SIGINT mission continues: Operators probably using the SLR, ELINT operators looking for RADAR systems and linguists looking for military communications (NATO/Finnish). Flight speed is 412 knots which is slower than its cruising speed of 440-460 knots so the aircraft is attempting a ‘loiter speed.’
