I’ve taken to requiring students to take notes by hand in class every class and submit those (accommodating students with disabilities of course) but it’s not a perfect solution. I’m so angered by the collective social and institutional abandonment of those of us who know that GAI impedes learning

soon many future lawyers won't be even able to identify a viable case, if no one stops them using "AI" in law schools and letting them get away with it. you don't know what you don't know until you read and write with no shortcut.
