I resist using my home oven in the summer so I make @wordloaf.org's No-Knead Focaccia recipe on my outdoor gas grill. It took some R&D to dial it in but the secret is to use 2 kiln shelves with spacers in between so the bottom doesn't burn. (I use steel nuts as spacers).🍽️ 🍞#breadsky

Multi-seeded sourdough using a Tartine levain after 5.5hrs in proofer @ 26°C. 15% scalded home milled Einkorn wheat, 5% scalded home milled cracked Atle wheat, sage, 80% very strong white Canadian flour and 75g mixed seeds.
