Sometimes I think about how chaotic and overwhelming my life is, and yet how much of a difference one operations management class in grad school seven years ago taught me about the importance of planning, organizing, workflow and logistics.
Show PostA reminder again that planning is an effective way to deal with worrying, doomscrolling, and procrastinating. You can still be nervous, but then you'll have a plan for where to direct that energy. It's also fine to update and modify that plan as needed. You know what to do. Have a great day.
